I rented the presbytery of PEYREGOUX with this agency. The Foncia agency presented in the ad an idyllic house perfectly renovated and quiet, the reality is quite different !!!! The agency fully aware of the problems of this place charged me 873 euros in costs for a false advertisement. The good deal for them since the tenants leave every two years in view of the problems. This adjoining presbytery in reality presents serious problems of insulation between the two dwellings, there is every little noise from the neighbor, and I spent a whole winter without heating in this unsanitary place !!!!!! In the meantime, I have learned that the previous tenants have been without heating with small children and the current adjoining tenant has also had faulty heating since the start of winter. The Town Hall owner of this accommodation does not make any gesture to compensate for the damage (for me it was more than 900 euros of electricity) and above all does not respond to anything .. it should be noted that this isolated village is moreover not welcoming, that that being said.
