Crêperie Les Trois Lys

For an English tourist this is a real gem. Who would have thought the humble pancake could be presented in so many different ways. Great choice of fillings, both savoury and sweet. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally, and much care is taken in cooking and looking after their guests. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful creperie. I visited with some friends who lived in Chartres. Very delicious crepes, very reasonable prices. I highly recommend La Porte Guillaume and of course any crepe with the salted caramel butter. I ate the La Bretonne and was not disappointed. This restaurant has a lovely, quaint old-French vibe to it with a very friendly staff. I visited with friends who spoke French to the waitress. I did not know any French but the waitress spoke a bit of English, and the menu has English translations, so this place can accommodate English speaking patrons.

Lovely old historical building next to the river. Massive choice of crepes. Sat outside in the sun and had lunch and then a walk along the side of the river looking at the old buildings. Perfect afternoon.

very lovely crêperie in one of the prettiest streets of chartres. i got the crêpe nordiques and it was delicious! would strongly recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly and kind with a good sense of humor. He helped us find local Chartres attractions and provided us with maps and books (in English!). For the food, the crepes were excellent and ready pretty fast. Prices were on the higher side (33€ for 4 crepes) but it was well worth it. Would recommend.
