Although Yann, the general manager has been willing to help me as much as possible, we have exchanged a lot of emails and calls, I have had to send my car instrument cluster for my audi A3 8L repair two times. First time, nothing worked apart from the LCD which was replaced. Second time some failures display had disappeared (like the indicator of "FUSE"). But the main default still was not solved : the faulty engine temperature indicator. At the end, I have spent about €400 and my cluster is still broken. Electronics may not be a science (because on SOS compteur side, it was tested and showed no error remaining), in any case I cannot be happy after paying this price. I have spent a huge amount of time on the phone, and still today, my cluster remains broken and faulty. I am very sorry to say this is a really bad client experience. There is no money back guarantee, so for me its a dual penalty. Paying the expensive fee, and staying with my big problem. At SOS compteur, at least my cash was received, on my side I am left with my broken cluster. Reading the reply today, I admit that a reimbursement was offered after several weeks of pain in emails and phone. But I was asked to send my instrument cluster a 3rd time at my cost across Switzerland and France, with the risks to have it further broken down. After the welding is done, how can the old part be put again ? This is not a valid offer. I am adding a final comment that according to a specialist of electronics in Switzerland which has reviewed my repaired cluster, my final problem was explained by a poor quality of reparation, which can no longer be addressed now. I am disappointed, so if a reimbursement can be done to me now, I will take it for sure!

It's been almost 2 months now since I had my meter repaired at sos meter. I preferred to take a few months back to post my opinion.
