Horrible experience, limit scam. We bought a used car warranty 1 year that left us down on the way home, about 10 km from the garage! After intervention (torn off) from the same garage (largely reimbursed by insurance!), A few days later, the car would not restart again. New intervention (still paid by the insurance !!!) and withholding the car at the garage for a week. As "substitute car" - no courtesy, being explicitly provided by the contract !! - they spun an old broken wreck, with more than 180,000 km on the counter, very very dirty, stinking, torn seats, rusty and oxidized everywhere and with holes in the body tumbled, just fit for the breakage (but they , they were reimbursed by the insurance the supply of a "real" substitute car !!) ... A month later, paintings (so-called redone) deteriorated and engine oil leak, then corroie Alternator to change, new stop of the car and rebelote, still the wreck in exchange ... A few weeks later, dead battery .... In short, we hesitate to file a complaint by fraud and latent defects, and in the meantime we do not use it because it's too dangerous! The boss of the garage showed himself to each unpleasant intervention, aggressive, impulsive, violent limit, tries systematically to deny his responsibilities and making the insurance (!!!) pay his own errors, negligence and incompetences - not to to say more ... TO FIRE !!!!
