the boss is a yes-yes .... The technician (the husband) came by for a breakdown on a fridge. Rather fast is effective at diagnosis. It is the continuation which is disastrous .... Came on a Friday, he dismantles the part and leaves with; the week goes by despite my calls (2), I am without a fridge / freezer in August .... Ax'home will be unable to find the room; they closed three weeks for a legitimate vacation. Or it gets out of hand when they come back; still unable to find the part (the fan that I find on the internet in two minutes ...) after a new week of patience, I ask for the return of the latter and, to top it off, I have to come and pick it up in the store and pay the travel of the technician ......... to see the comments; it will be the fault of bad luck or the dissatisfied, the dissatisfied, the despoiled remained silent (as often) but maybe they only had 14 customers ........ The store is in a place where one would not think to go, advised by a colleague, the owner was a perfect help, I was able to order the defective part from her and benefit from essential advice, more quickly received , thank you, good luck.

The bosses are friendly and yours listens, they always do their best to find the spare parts that you need. Regarding the appliance, multimedia devices, etc etc they are not much more flesh than elsewhere and you can tell about the intervention of a dépanneur at home on the device during the warranty. Small friendly sign that avoids visiting Toulouse.
