Caisse d'Epargne Marguerittes

I share my opinion as a satisfied customer, because I see from the previous comments that it's always easier to complain than to say good things and that's a shame! My husband and I have always been very well received within the Marguerittes agency by all the staff. Each request is handled in an efficient and responsive manner! I highly recommend this bank.

To flee! Leave two checks cashed and they are not even credited! A shame!

Running away from an incompetent, haughty team who did not happen to work once for a credit application she brought everything back, it's colleague in the office, never present never doing the necessary so I ended up contacting the manager. And finally after a few years (10 years because lazy to do the paperwork to open another account) fed up I finally left this bank !!!!! Really run away and I am not the only other person to have done the same because fed up with this incompetent bank !!

Run away from this bank. And again I find this note flattering.

Reception staff who do not say hello or goodbye. After 3 calls with voice messages requesting a reminder, no one calls back. Change of regular counselor, the client is not even warned that he has a new adviser. Unpleasant staff on the phone even arrogant and who in the end did not know how to listen to the customer's need. This opinion is for the girl of the reception which has obviously not understood the meaning of the word "commerce".
