A serious business.
They were very responsive after I contacted them for my mom. Their representative was very professional and very friendly. He spent all the time it took to present the different products.
I had gone to all the Paris stores to find an adapted and made-to-measure armchair, without finding anything satisfactory.
There, we were able to choose all the options we wanted and it changed my mother’s life! It is good value for money, especially as the products are guaranteed for a long time.
Deplorable after-sales service; an armchair bought 5290 €, broke down after 2 and a half years! My parents used the 5-year warranty but the chair has broken down for 5 months and still not repaired. My parents are desperate, elderly, they need this chair (my father fell once because the lifter no longer works ...). We don't know how to do it anymore ...
