Si au téléphone la personne n'est pas capable d'être courtoise, à dire un "que c'est pénible", autant changer de métier. Appeler Pôle emploi ce n'est pas pour le plaisir, c'est aussi pénible de l'autre côté. Mais quand on a un minimum de politesse on ne dit rien. Vraiment. Une honte

Do not even deserve a star. Phone advisor who hangs up on you. Is it really reasonable to do this ?????? If you do not want to meet the expectations of your customers, do not do this job. Besides it would be nice if they move the c * l because to see other opinions is really a step top. But we must not jostle them "work too much" (37h / weeks is a lot lol)
