I was very disappointed with this agency during my rental. You have to harass the agency to get the rent receipts (two simple letters, email and then registered to get them); the agency is moving but no one is warning the tenants. No copy of the condition report was given to me but above all it was done very very quickly, luckily I was able to add additional damage. A craftsman was sent to me twice to fix a flush, which in the end my husband had to finish fixing because it wasn't even the correct flush. When I left, the application for a potential buyer was refused because a friend from the agency had to visit him. If I didn't ask, I didn't know when my apartment was re-let, I even have a doubt about the date that was provided to me. In the end, the apartment was taken over by a friend of his, who had the great privilege of having the ankle holes reimbursed at my expense, ankle holes which were already present when I arrived. Then the agency tried to pass on a water damage at my expense when I had already given my notice. He had to send a craftsman that I'm still waiting for. He is not aware of any developments in the residence in which he has apartments. I really do not recommend it
