Very long to obtain an estimate, very long for a site start-up, site quickly dispatched (not to say sloppy) with a poor quality installation (wobbly fence with multiple blows) and a manager who assumes nothing. Really disappointed with this bad company from start to finish, which has won over us with a more than overrated reputation. Not recommended

After a lot of disappointments regarding the installation of a gate, I must admit that despite the relatively long delays (perhaps the current health situation requires) everything has been implemented to restore compliance, which therefore attests to a certain seriousness of the company To date, although satisfied remains a small downside: more communication from the manager would be frankly essential in order to avoid any misunderstanding with the client and thus keep him informed of the follow-up of the maintenance

We made an estimate at the beginning of July we obtained our authorizations following that we resumed an appointment on September 1 in order to verify the estimate and to sign. A small error on this one but nothing serious we put back what we want and even propose to come to the agency to sign the estimate as soon as it is rectified! Since the total disappearance of the salesperson no more news, surely they don't need to work, especially since it was still a quote greater than 10 thousand euros !!! So I absolutely do not recommend !!!

We signed a quote in June 2019 to install a gate and a fence that was to be installed in early September. In early September no news, and the seller tells me that the material is being received, that it will be checked and then placed without giving a date. At the end of September, still no news, I send an A / R mail to make things happen before I am told that the installation would not be done before the end of October or at the beginning of November and that the boss is not open to no commercial gesture on his part, a shame for the work moderately done (thing said by the engine manufacturer on site), deadlines for work not respected and bad times of the boss. Go your way and look elsewhere.
