I made an appointment by phone with the Thourotte center 3 weeks before in order to order the parts to change the front brake pads of my Fiat Tipo car. It does not start very well but I did not stop at this first problem, I should have! I phone, a man answers and asks me not to leave, be patient, I do it, 5mn, 10mn, I make noise ... Hello ... Nothing ... 15mn I hang up and call back, tell what is happening has passed and there are no excuses ... Well let's go I make an appointment for the change of pads, I am told the quote, ok. 15 days before the appointment the car asks for an oil change, and yes modern cars help us take care of them. I remember point S falls on Geoffrey who had made my appointment and who had trouble finding me in the schedule! While I had given the date, time and reason for the appointment. He ends up finding me and adding the drain on the appointment. On the big day, my husband drops off the car and goes home. On my return around 2:00 p.m. I asked him if the car was ready, he told me that he had no news. We go to the site, I drop it off and wait. 5mn, 10mn, finding the recovery time of the car unusually long, I go. And there my upset husband told me that they only did the oil change, not the pads because it is supposed to change the discs ... I am surprised with the receptionist that we were not called. Bah .. I ... Yes ... I do not understand when there is a problem we contact the customer? Well it's not me, but I'm looking for pads. Are you looking for pads? But the appointment has been taken for 3 weeks! In fact there is a shortage of stock .... So you want to change the discs because you don't have the pads ???? No no, they have to be changed ... I'm starting to doubt the seriousness of the establishment, we leave with the car emptied at the price, without any commercial gesture in view of the situation! And with a sorry !!!! Best of all, we went to the brand's dealership at our vacation spot who changed the pads in 1 hour with an appointment made on Monday evening for Wednesday morning. There was no out of stock at all. And the discs are doing very well, they will have to be changed next time in 35000kms !!!! So if you want serious, go to the dealers, it may be more expensive but it is SERIOUS. I do not recommend point S at all

I do not recommend. The car was returned to us with an engine light, because the mechanics had not reconnected the turbo hose. Not serious.
