A gentle teacher, pedagogue, who brings us into the world of different yoga practices through the door of benevolence and self-knowledge, in a zen and melodious setting. Important point nowadays with periods of confinement, quality courses are offered on ZOOM. After trying multiple courses with other teachers in Parisian studios, Soazic’s humanist approach, as opposed to the business aspect, definitely won me over. I urge you to try an introductory course, to discover the talented and attentive woman that is Soazic.

Soazic teaches us different types of yoga, to practice according to one's mood and physical state: dynamism of vinyasa, relaxation of yin ... always in music and in a warm studio. But not only that: she makes us discover her universe through the chakras, astrology, meditation. She has the gift of bringing us into another world during a lesson. A big crush for Soazic who represents for me gentleness and kindness: the real yogini. On Zoom during containment :-)
