Civil status service with an extraordinary level of service: pleasant welcome, offers additional services, offers solutions for the difficulties encountered! If all the administrations were like this, France would be an administrative paradise. A big thank you to the municipality which has set up a no-appointment system, including for people who do not live there, and a big thank you to the team for the quality of the welcome and the service.

Having had to renew my passport quickly, I had the opportunity to make my request to the town hall of ribecourt who deals with requests without appointment. I wanted to say a big thank you and how pleasant and easy it was to take the steps thanks to the kindness, the politeness, the calm and the professionalism of the public agents of the reception. They show us a public service that is at the service of others and who love their job, make themselves available and know how to consider the citizens in their entirety.
