An establishment to avoid! Here are the reasons: I ordered equipment from this company and I was in contact with Mr. DJAMEL LOUALICHE, director of the company. This person simply: - Using lies in order to make a sale, bordering on scam - Guaranteed delivery within a certain time (5 days), while I have never received a package after 16 long days (Package that I specify has never arrived in France) - Was unable to follow up on the package on the pretext that it was on vacation I had to contact him with DIFFERENT NUMBERS in order to reach him and I had to FIGHT, INSIST and use THREATS in order to be reimbursed !! In addition, he uses FALSE email addresses by making believe that it is his intermediary contact, who manages the tracking of the package from Italy, when this person does not exist, until proven otherwise. (Mr. Humblet) Besides, speaking of FALSE INFORMATION, this company is far from having 20 years of experience, but rather 3 years and Knowing that this company has no stock and that it works with the company COOL HEAD EUROPE (Italian company ) you have better time to do your business directly with them.
