Not being able to access the satisfaction survey questionnaire on the "opinion system" following the purchase of our property ... Good contact with the real estate agent, despite the many requests from us concerning, in particular, the house plans and the appliance warranty (washing machine) being guaranteed for 2 years ... we are still waiting. First visit before signing at the notary: half of the garden mows ... grass as tall as fields ... debris of planks, rusty paint pots, broken tiles, brief discharge in the back of the garden which we had been told that it was going to be remove for the sale of the house ... 1 hour from the signature at the notary: Surprise of an HS hot water balloon or emergency purchase of € 400. Leak, rust ++ start-up breaks the whole house ... on visit not pay attention but when returning from the contactor and balloon circuit breaker signature cut the switchboard .. therefore failure known to the former owners! 1st purchase 25 year olds we were indeed not so suspicious to ALL looking ... trusting going through a real estate agency. To date we have to buy 4 radiators because HS (3 work on 7) 1 HS plate. A dishwasher which leaked throughout the kitchen on the 2nd day of the purchase .... moving to the agency since following the discovery of the balloon I called the agent who told me that he could not do anything. .. faced with my annoyance, I am asked to take pictures and proof what I am doing and confided to the agency. We are offered for all this an arrangement of € 200 from the former owner! Against the stopping of legal proceedings because I informed beforehand the progress of the facts which was entirely admissible and which it was not for us to pay! " Hidden defect " We do not stop there ... at the visit and against visit with the parents we notice that the basement is freshly painted .. our parents ask the reason? No information replies the agent .... To date we understand why. +++++ infiltrations in the basement, puddles of water every rainy day: estimate made by a professional. In short, clearly go through an agency or not lose 10 000 € I would have them "gain" by putting them in the costs to pay to repair all these inconveniences left in the house and hidden, after having spent 1 hour before at the notary.
