I received this day (4/12/2018) a preliminary pricing information mentioning a letter for debit account that would have been sent on October 3 (I do not dispute it I was really discovered but I never received this letter) and a second on October 5 which would not even give me time to receive the first letter (not received the second letter either) I specify that on October 5 my account was no longer debtor but I I was still charged € 12.50 each including the second letter (and I specify that I did not receive any of the two letters). I called this day because I consider that the second letter finally the charges for the second letter are abusive. And the person I got on the phone can not do anything you have to challenge. Uh spend 5 € of LRAR for 12.50 € that I will probably never recover ... Bah only solution to make sure to have no incident (real) for 3 months and change bank in the meantime I prefer to change agency because I do not like this kind of practice ... I HIGHLY DISCOUNT this bank.
