In view of the many mostly negative reviews, I tried to contact this rental center before booking a vehicle in order to get their response to the many negative reviews. Cannot be reached on a landline, just a message to say that the voicemail is full. I tried the cell phone, without success ... If it requires exterior cleaning each time the vehicles exit in rainy weather or at the slightest common dirt, I think that is abused and not very ecological .... In short, I contacted Ada location in Douai, I had a friendly person directly who advised me and offered me the utility I was looking for for 1h30 of need, with a 30 km all-inclusive package for 26 euros and who does not require washing the vehicle. Conclusion, Leclerc is perhaps cheaper in theory but impossible to reach them and if the service is deplorable ... it is better to contact a professional in the sector.

I advise you to avoid this rental agency. I will explain to you what awaits you when you reserve your vehicle. Already, a reservation by the hour, especially not to exceed a single minute under penalty of being charged a rather excessive amount. When I arrived, I was greeted by a particular unpleasant woman, maybe to get a smile if I had to pay extra. Speaking of extra, you should pay for your km (which is normal) but on top of that, you should refuel the vehicle, and roller clean it in case of rain. So to make this reservation, you should make a deposit check of 1500 € Or 300 € but a supplement of 12 € will be requested. In short, I rented a truck for 2 hours I paid 50 € for the few km I did (truck brought back before the 2 hours of course) no price was paid to me. In short, If you rent a truck for the day I advise you to make a loan in order to be able to pay it.
