I've traveled extensively over the last year, in the U.S. (my home country) and in Europe. I've rented cars everywhere, from many different companies including Europcar. I haven't felt motivated to leave any reviews, positive or negative, about any location except Douai Gare. The customer relations is what sets this location apart for me. The staff here just plain seems like they enjoy what they do. There's a cheerfulness and a welcoming attitude that is absent in other car rental locations, including other Europcar offices. I'm sad that I won't be back in Douai for at least six months, possibly longer, since I'd prefer to do business with this location exclusively. However, because of the service I recieved at this location, I will be as loyal a customer for Europcar as the destinations I travel to allow.

A perfect location, the manager of the agency very kind, smiling, with a very pleasant surprise when I took possession of the car. The vehicle, very clean, the return just as perfect. I recommend this rental agency without restriction. Thanks to them.
