The mayor of Marchiennes Mr Claude Merly a shame for France. We asked for it because it is allowed to call the police because we were parked on an uphill slope since people are always badly parked in the parking lot and take 3 places. We got a fine and when we asked why, he assaulted us by telling us that he was tired of seeing people parked there and that there are markings on the small parking lot in front of the post office after checking there is absolutely none. In addition, with all the work and the lack of civility of the people, places are very limited and I will not park 15 minutes from my home. He spoke very badly to us, telling us that we had to close it and pay the fine to enrich the state. I got my car hung up because people are parked badly but he didn't care. Not only was he very aggressive but in addition his way of speaking left very desired. I wonder who could have voted for such a man. I put a star because I could not put one but it does not deserve anything at all.
