It's cool to be able to take the bus but as soon as there is work or deviations suddenly there is no one left, line 8 where the schedules change without being notified, in the morning I get on the bus to go to high school and there a deviation that I was not aware of dcp I have to cross all Chartres to finally arrive late. Frankly if I had been able to put any star I would have done it. A deplorable agency (to be polite) which not only has a very poorly done website, the staff are really rude. You just have to call the agency and you will come across an unpleasant secretary who will take you down by implying that it is you who do not know how to do anything and therefore thinks you are a brainless (e). Not to mention the bus drivers (not all of course) who either do not say hello to you or forget to open the doors of the bus to you when you have requested it. One day when taking the bus to go to an important meeting, a driver did not even know his route and therefore had to ask a passenger to help her (yes it is possible) so frankly bad agency to avoid if you can . The only positive point is that the (young) transport subscription cards are not very expensive.
