Hello to flee!!! bad reception very unpleasant reminds us after several weeks to finally tell us that the house has been sold to other people !!! not professional at all

I do not recommend the agent at all I contacted the agency for a visit the house had just been published I was the first to call I was offered a visit two weeks later I was able to meet the owners by myself who announced that there had already been several visits so never again with them not at all professional I advise I&S real estate and IAD who are listening to buyers from fleeing this agencies !! The only positive is the very professional and attentive secretary

I agree exactly with one of the previous comments: the agency sells houses with a lot of work to be done by making you believe that they are in super condition. Already 30k euros of work for me and the roof which must be redone ... when we inform the real estate agent that it's not very pro to sell houses in this state without informing the buyer (first buyer in addition ) he is innocent and does not understand what we are talking about. If he does not really know what it is about, it would be time to think about retraining, otherwise it is a breach of trust and dishonesty. I absolutely recommend this agency, or else be warned that you must have a construction pro with you so as not to have unpleasant surprises and have more than a third of your initial budget for future developments!
