We contacted Raphael Montmayeur in May 2019 for a project to replace an oil boiler with a wood pellet boiler. From the first contact we discovered a very technically advanced professional. He studied the feasibility of our project and advised us on the choices to be made and showed the interest of wood energy heating. He offered us high-end equipment, boiler ARGASSNER NANO PK9 AND Silo GTW MAX. He also accompanied us for the preparation of the grant file. The construction started on schedule and ended with a week in advance. During the construction period an electric hot water tank was installed in relay. The receipt of the work with explanation of the operation and provision of all the documents for the grant files took place over half a day. Raphael Montmayeur is a very competent professional technically but also very educational and attentive to the customer. We are very satisfied with the installation.
