What to say about this agency ... Already it is the cross is the banner to successfully contact them by phone. The counselors change every 4 mornings. The hostess pretends to take your contact details but I don't count the times when I had to call again when the reception said "yes Mrs. X will call you back tomorrow at 10am". I don't know if it's the director's fault but incompetence reigns in this agency.

Poor ... no follow-up of customers following questions

I have been going to this agency for several years now and have never had any problems. For me the previous notes are inexplicable and certainly come from very embittered people. Every time I called the bank was available.

So too much to say ... Being professional, I wanted to take a TPE for my customers with a payment in 10 times. So I make an appointment, let me explain the general conditions. 4 days after I receive the TPE, and there I realize that the payment in 10 installments does not exist at the savings bank !!! So I send a first email to the professional advisor, no response after 15 days !!!. So I decided to change banking establishment. (For leaving zero worries on the other hand). Without informing me of my termination fees for my TPE subscription (which never worked). I receive an email today telling me that the TPE fees are more than 800 euros !!! Is this a joke ??? Well, no, he accepts to take 50% of the costs from me !!! But do you realize that there are more than 400 euros left for a few things that were sold to me with lies? So yes there are general conditions of sale, I grant you ... But if I made an appointment with an adviser it is because she is there to inform us, right? Otherwise as much to do with an online bank which will be more responsive !!! All that to say that I will not give you 1 cent on these termination fees !!! cordially
