Barely 3 minutes later, when I tell my daughter that we don't have much time to choose the model. The saleswoman tells us in an unpleasant tone, I quote "Yes because we too have a family life"! That the reception of the saleswoman was cold when we crossed the door, hardly passes, but there is the ponpon. I too am a trader and I have never allowed myself to make such a remark to a customer. As a reminder, there are other perfume shops in Dinan and you will never see me again in your establishment. You can count on me to make you a "good advertisement"! In addition, you will explain to this lady, that when you have a trade and a commercial job, you are not five minutes away from your life, for a child to spend the equivalent of 125 euros to please his mother. . Finally, we spent our money at "April", place Duclos who kindly gave us a few more minutes, and with a smile on top of that.

I pre-ordered a perfume for my mom for her birthday. When the parcel arrived in the store I could not pick it up, so I asked my sister to go, giving my name and my identity card. They made him repay the perfume even though I had already paid for it (my sister was not aware of it). So we went to get a refund they left us the only choice to make a credit for a mistake they made which we refused on several occasions. It is simply a forced purchase. I do not recommend this shop for both its dishonesty and its kindness.
