Then I discovered that you shouldn't count on him to hear from him: "He doesn't call time that it's not ready" as he puts it. I also noticed that he doesn't know how to order enough materials because with every call he tells me to recommend some. I can finally take my car home on August 27. A month later I obviously have to call for news and he tells me she will be ready in two weeks, these past two weeks I call again and he finally tells me that she will be ready for sure in two weeks and maybe even in one. After another call, guess what: she's not ready. She is finally ready on October 27. But what was my surprise when I saw the work done, between the horrible finishes on the carpets, the difference in leather, the folds ...: the photos speak for themselves. Not to mention the free pouch which also has mediocre finishes. For someone who boasts of being in the business for 18 years and who writes on his site: "The art of quality is the key word of Côté Cuir", allow me to doubt it and not to recommend it to you.
