Deplorable after-sales service: they tried to make me pay twice for the repair of my watch while it was under warranty. They made me pay 45 euros when it still wasn't fixed. In the end the operation will have lasted "only" 1 year.

I brought a watch last February to change the straps. We were asked to prepay 40 €. Without news from them, my partner moves. Very bad reception by the owner who suggests to him to leave while waiting for their news. Following that I call 3 times (during the summer so 6 months later) and still no bracelets (no news from the supplier). After 8 months of waiting I return home and ask for a refund. Luckily I ran into a very nice young employee. Once the reimbursement has been made, the boss this time takes the trouble to contact me several times to find a solution for my watch. I do not recommend this store at all.

Very bad experience with them !!!! Really very disappointed with the quality of their jewelry even at Moa it is of the best quality !!! My companion offered me a silver ring for Christmas is it is already all black and I lost one of the stones ... limit it looks like I am doing a manual trade so that it is in this state while not all !!! I even take it off even to wash my hands so it's really very poor ... so I hope that once the confinement is finished I can bring it back and that it is still under warranty !!!!

Strict minimum for a max of invoiced. I had the batteries of 2 watches changed at the same time. I'm leaving for 1 race, at least 30min. A fortune for the service rendered: My watches have not even been delivered on time! Never seen that since I change the batteries of my watches, in jewelry.

Deplorable reception, non-existent after-sales service, absent customer service, defamatory staff, in my case I do not recommend at all!
