Take her to the end of December, I'm still waiting for her! It's still long I think!

Dishonest sales techniques: the size of the ring I buy for my partner is not available, I am advised to take it (3 sizes above) to be able to offer it, then come back later to make the exchange for free . I go back to the store as planned, I am asked to pay 15 € for the polishing because the seller considers that the ring was worn, which was not the case and what was simply impossible given the size difference. No discussion possible, either I keep an immovable ring or I pay (the equivalent of 40% of the purchase price) ... yes all that for a small ring at 39 €! I am taken for someone dishonest, henceforth I will go elsewhere.

Dishonesties! TO FLEE! My companion bought me a small ring, to test the same evening at home (after deflating) it was too large. So I put it back in its box to be able to exchange it 1 day later. The seller refuses the exchange because, according to her, it is obvious that the ring was worn, which was not at all the case. She calls me a liar and tells me that the ring must be polished at our expense. It shows me the difference with a ring in store and indeed it is very striped. How is it, Madam the seller, that a ring that has never been worn is so scratched and dull? YOU SELL DAMAGED ITEMS! I did not have the reflex to check the sale. Really disappointed. Never again !
