I went (for the first time) to this agency in order to obtain a proposal concerning my honeymoon in Polynesia (budget of around 15k € ...). To date I have never had a return by email or by phone. I consider that this is INADMISSIBLE !!!! Being a trade professional myself, I can't understand how it can happen. At best it is a blatant lack of rigor and at worst a professional misconduct. The person who received me (office on the right when entering) does not deserve the title of consultant / salesperson. Consequently, I turned to a competitor who was able to take care of my request in a "normal" manner. In addition, despite my many trips I would no longer go to this agency and I would advise all my relatives to do the same.

Very well received and very well recommended for a family trip to New York. It is much better than other agencies or on the internet .. The price is also very correct. We'll see later if the trip went well but it does not announce well 😎

My spouse offered me a trip from this agency. We think both of us are being taken care of from A to Z for our first trip. Result: 0! A week before, we realize (by ourselves!) That we had no checked baggage on the plane. We then took cabin luggage to and from, in the end, we had the cabin luggage only to go! Then we were certified that there was free parking at the hotel where we were staying, which was wrong! Parking was paying at our expense! We do not recommend this travel agency at all! We will not repeat this experience!

I went to an agency for a quote and the advisor had to call me back. 2 weeks later still no appeal. So I'm calling. No file in my name. Very serious that !!
