Deplorable service. 7 calls and never answered. Attention the schedules are not updated, in it is time of confinement, it is gentlemen and ladies teleworking them !! we wonder why, given that he does not answer our calls. When by chance I finally saw someone it was a very autaine person and not at all listening really disappointed with the public service of the puy. This is what our money is for paying people for nothing. 🤮

Bad service. 1 month I'm trying to reach someone, I can call in the morning, in the evening, any time there is nobody, it never responds. I sent 2 emails not to harass them, no answer. Unfortunately, I can not move and it would have arranged to have someone on the phone to ask a simple question of settlement but apparently it is luxury for the public services, with all the taxes that we pay, we should be entitled to more active services, I think it's the least for a country like France ... As a result, I want to pay and ask for advice but I do not have anyone. And like last year, I would have an unjustified increase while I was trying to reach someone to pay in several times. It is deplorable and I sincerely wonder why they leave this number, it is useless, it is closed all the time. In short, it's not cool for the people who make you live. Is this right on the city of Le Puy? I do not think so...

Absolutely dismal telephone service. Nobody picks up and it can last for hours.

We have been calling all day for 15 days. Impossible to have an answer that only rings. By email ditto. Ineligible.
