Hotel Saint-Jacques

Clean and well located hotel in Puy-en-Velay. Breakfast at a minimum and tasteless, no air conditioning or fan even at the height of the heat wave ... in short, a useful and practical place but without real added value. Saturday night bonus: people singing under the windows.

A small family hotel very nice. We had a good stay. Clean and quiet rooms. In the heart of the city, ideally placed to visit all monuments (5 minutes walk). Puy-en-Velay is a beautiful city to discover.

Reserved room, everything was fine until I asked to leave the bag of a friend's pilgrim qq hours, time to wait for his train, bus in this case because of SNCF strike. The boss who stirs a crisis, runs away alone, to tell me that he has only to leave his things where he spent the night, my friend and then in the end, the room is not more to sell.
