Go and look elsewhere, a salesperson came to give me a quote. After a month still no news, I therefore relaunched Velay Chauffage who told me that I would have it shortly, 1 me later still the same, in the end I have relaunched it 4 times and to this day none quote, luckily I went elsewhere. Make an appointment at the office to purchase a pellet stove. Then the morning before the visit, we cancel the appointment. We postpone it later and again he cancels the meeting at the last moment. Not at all professional. I still hear from you but nothing. Too late I found professional elsewhere!
