technician not able to regulate the water temperature on a condensing boiler! Everything worked well before proxiserve took care of our boiler.Now we have to bring it in several times for the same failure. not done properly; he cleans almost none of the rooms, he "pretends". I pay dearly for expenses at the vellave hearth for poor service! It is unacceptable, the work of this incompetent man should be controlled because a poorly maintained gas boiler is DANGEROUS !!! and consumes +++ gas.
