Despite an online registration for a housing request, I have no feedback. No way to reach them on the phone. The offices are only accessible by appointment at this same telephone number. We're going around in circles ...

Could not reach anyone for a rodent invasion problem in the unoccupied apartment above ours. Drs unbearable noise pollution that last 24 hours and that drives us crazy. About twenty emails sent over the past 2 months and around thirty attempts to reach them by phone, but still no response ... So I'll end up knocking down the door to this damn apartment myself if I don't have an emergency response.

The change in the technical service is not for now, however for the rents it is the 4th dimension. To be clearer, rents and the APL are a bit like global warming. Year after year the rents increase and the glaciers and the ice floes decrease.

Tenant for almost 8 months, deplorable service, telephone, zero response mail, sometimes it would disturb them to work, to collect the rents, no worries, on the other hand to obtain something we are obliged to be assisted by a lawyer to make these gentlemen / ladies of reaction react otherwise, nothing moves. Over 8 months at Alliade, 2 went well, a nice average all the same.
