I contacted this agency to visit a house, for a possible purchase. Huge disappointment! I contacted the agency for the first time on July 10 in the morning. The person responsible for the visits was not present, so I left my contact details to call me back ... Nothing I call back July 11 in the morning, same scenario ... Nobody calls me back. I call back on July 13 in the middle of the afternoon, once again the person concerned was not present, I was told that I was called back without fail before 6 p.m. ... Nothing again. I finally have a call from the gentleman on Wednesday July 15, we discuss the house for 15 minutes and we fix an appointment for Tuesday July 21 at 5.30 p.m. On the day of the visit my wife and I went to the property ... No one arrived. I call the agency and meet the gentleman in charge of the visit. He tells me that the meeting has not been noted and that the house has been sold ... BALANCE SHEET: I note a great lack of professionalism! Agency to avoid! Either way she avoids you on her own.
