We had to reserve a vehicle in this agency via the reservations number on the Hertz site. The person had confirmed to us twice that this agency accepted holiday vouchers. This gentleman makes it clear to us that he doesn't want to help us by hanging up with a "you know what sir, have a nice day". Following this, we recall (I would point out that it is a paid number), we have a very pleasant woman who immediately takes charge of the situation. This one changes us the agency of collection of the vehicle with a lower rate than our first reservation, to that it adds a commercial gesture, it gives us the instructions to obtain the reimbursement of the Taxi which will lead us to the new agency that it was more than 40 km away. We just got the refund for the taxi, but we don't think we will make any new reservations with this company.
