Hello, I have just received the delivery of my sofa and when unpacking with the delivery people have noticed that the sofa is all damaged. Unusable because it arrived broken. The delivery men have nothing to do with it (they are lovely people). Photos were taken and the delivery people will pass the information on to the after-sales service. The sofa was taken over by them. The only thing that bothers me in all this is again the waiting period which is 2 or 3 months to receive a new sofa. Hope the store will make a gesture of business for this inconvenience. Regarding the seller Lucas, nothing to complain about, he is a professional, who advises well. I look forward to hearing from you, hoping that you will activate the new delivery without any surprises. Thanking you. For now I put one star, upon receipt of the new sofa I would put another comment.

Young, dynamic, professional team, very attentive to the customer. Loan of the van so that we can take our box spring and mattress to our home. Just awesome ! I recommend this store 200%.

Very good store, there is a choice. We have finally found our new sofa while we have been looking for months (we went to a good fifteen different stores before and without success). The reception is top, Lucas was very available and knew how to advise us at best. We look forward to our sofa!
