If, as an owner, you want to see your property being rented out to people who will leave your property in a sorry state with even wrecks among the olive trees, no doubt this is the right address. If you want your property to be rented to insolvent people who are close to the manager, no problem either ...... In short, an agency to be avoided at all costs. Unworthy of someone who claims to be a real estate pro. Photos to follow ....

I understood that the head of the agency was complaining, wrongly, about unfounded comments ..... Either But what does she think of the positive comments left by members of her staff and her own son ??? Does she think that these are methods of unfairly valuing her agency? Ethics ?? Did you say Ethics? That says a lot about the methods used by this person. Agency to flee permanently

We regret that you have obviously failed in all of your obligations. And did not honestly and impartially provide the relevant information at an appropriate time to allow the sale process to all parties to take place in the best conditions. As an agent, I remind you that the real estate agent is bound to an obligation of loyalty and diligence towards his client principal. This includes an obligation to advise, both to the SELLER or lessor, as well as to the PURCHASER or tenant. It must allow you to have all the important information before completing the transaction. The signing of the final deed of sale should only be a formality of formalization of the deed of sale of the property. We all suffer from your lack of professionalism. We understand that you feel compelled to clear yourself of all responsibility in the face of so much incompetence and bad faith that you have shown, by invoking so-called vices. And once again rejecting your shortcomings on your colleague. I remind you that faced with so much incompetence on your part we had proposed to postpone the date of the sale to settle the last formalities that you should have mentioned well before the day of signing. We are wondering the reason why you have bypassed your so-called competence and probity by agreeing to receive your commission on the sale without resolving all these so-called problems upstream.
