Deplorable service (too bad there is not 0 *). The agency only has one answer to provide "we don't have to" or "we can't answer any of your questions". However, the fees are exorbitant! Nexity must close this agency and lay off all the lazy and incompetent staff currently in place. This preserves the image of Nexity, no longer wasting customers' time, and saving money to pay those who deserve a job!
