Horrible staff, they make you feel welcome only when you have a lot of item in hand. I was a customer for the first time I am going there to buy something urgently they did not answer my hello and we made people pass in front of me because I was on the phone and after 10 min they tell me people are passed because you have the phone and it is a lack of respect. I didn’t know that being on the phone was a disrespect especially since I hadn’t stopped by yet not to say hello, to have people walk past me instead of just saying excuse me you can hang up please. Being a trader of several business in Marseille I find that unacceptable. The pharmacy is next to my house but I will never go back there again I will never go back to the Valentine in years.

A big thank you to the pharmacist of this pharmacy for his professionalism and his listening. He had in a complicated moment, he did not measure his time to inform me at best about a treatment much better than the prescribing doctor. Thanks again for your kindness.
