Disastrous! Intervened to install a fiber optic box at my home. Result: A hole in the gable of the house and opening into the living room. Splintered plaster. New test, it sees this time from the garage to debouch in the living room (more logical) ... plinth tiled burst and tiled is scratched! He did not take into account the difference in level ... Put the case with the wire that makes a nice loop over the skirting board !! These events took place at the end of February. To date (mid-September) still nothing done level repair / compensation ... To flee !

Clowns. 2 interventions in my street that did not concern and the 2 times they cause a breakdown.
