Unreliable professional. After a first visit for a quote, we set an intervention date: Mr. RIBOT did not come because he had "a problem with his agenda". We have set up a second meeting: Mr. RIBOT has still not come and has remained unreachable. I left a message on his answering machine but did not call me back. I strongly recommend.
