Poor. Just good to take. I have had water damage since September 2020 and the pseudo expert persists in saying that the problem comes from elsewhere. I had to yell to win a few hundred euros. Estimate made, all my furniture plus the ceiling of my kitchen plus the walls of my living room, my baseboards as well as my appliances are only worth 500 euros according to the expert who by the way did not even mention the earthenware in my kitchen which is damaged by this damage. Really I do not recommend. You only have to see the amount of negative reviews on the Maif. Only dirty thieves.

Following water damage in my apartment, the reaction was very quick. Following an exchange with the expert on the phone and sending the photos, a deposit was paid before the work. I am very satisfied! Responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism.
