Having booked a trip to Turkey for July 09, before the covid crisis, with no manifestation from us, no information from Carrefour Voyage except to claim the balance At 11 days before departure we do not know if the trip is always on the program thank you for taking care of your customers !! I do not even imagine if there was a problem during the stay it would be demer ..... you! Carrefour voyage to forget and not to recommend

We wait 30 minutes in us to pay attention and after we are told they will go on lunch break. So a nice waste of time .... What a sense of professionalism!
