The representative girls are smart and knowledgeable.
Very unresponsive customer service, no respect for deadlines announced.
I had to fill a gas cylinder at their place with a delay of 7 days, the cylinder was only "ready" after 10 days. After relaunching the company several times to be aware of the new deadlines, it finally tells me that the bottle is cracked and that no filling is therefore possible.
I therefore propose to bring another empty bottle for a filling which I hope will be at their expense in view of the various inconveniences caused by the lack of information and poor communication from the company. I am very kindly answered that in no case is a commercial gesture possible.
To avoid absolutely, other providers in Paris offer to fill C02 bottles as soon as possible and in addition at a better price.
In short, a very bad experience which will have cost me time and agent without any consideration on the part of the store manager.
Hélas je constate que le magasin tombe en désuétude car c'est la 4eme fois que je m'y rends et Il y a de plus en plus de poissons morts dans plusieurs bacs, des algues envahissent les aquariums, les vitres sont recouvertes aussi d'algues...heureusement que la vendeuse est sympathique et honnête car le propriétaire lui, souvent perché sur sa mezzanine, est prêt à vous vendre a tout prix ses produits sans penser à l'avenir des êtres vivants....les prix sont aussi élevés comparés à autres magasin d'aquarium d'île de France

I ordered an aquarium for my husband, 20 days without news to tell me that the article is not available ..... No response via email, no possibility to send a form via the site because does not work ... When we call the employee answers me that the owners are on vacation, that the site has not been working for a long time and that everyone knows it but that nobody does anything; I answer on the other hand that to take the order and the money it works !!! go your way. not serious
Three very beautiful experiences sheltered under rocks both in guest rooms and in gite. Very comfortable rooms, well equipped, with excellent bedding in particular. Quality breakfasts with fresh fruit juices in guest rooms. Sophie is a very attentive, understanding and accommodating owner. I recommend !
