Hello, I went to your "Franck Provost" hairdressing salon in October with healthy, mid-length colored hair to change my style. The pseudo hairdresser gave me a quote to remove makeup from my hair as well as color and shade. I spent the afternoon there and came out with orange hair burning to the roots. I contacted him the next day for him report the condition of my hair since she left before I finished leaving me with students, parenthesis the one who took care of me was the only one qualified but I admit seeing the treatment of my hair discoloration during 2h! As well as all this experience I doubt it. She suggested that I come back to have them discolored again and buy some care to supposedly catch them up !! In conclusion I find myself Today with a boyish cut that does not even have a healthy tail with the treatment it has subjected them to! I had to cut all my hair since all the very expensive treatments that I bought had no effect !!!! I am completely disgusted by this experience. I came to this salon which offers more expensive services than the others to be sure of obtaining satisfaction. I later realized that your salon has a lot of negative feedback !!!

Nice salon, competent hairdressers but the prices are much too high in my opinion. 60 balls for a care brushing cut while my hair is short (precisely at the shoulders, folds). It's too expensive.
