Change of management recently and it's big no matter what! Apart from Sophie (the girl who does the nails), which is eceptionnielle! The manager allows himself to be verbally aggressive! I just call to cancel a beauty of the feet and maintain my appointment for the nails hand, she spoke poorly on the pretext that I was upset because it is twice that is wrong on my appointment! Unfortunately, in this institute forbidden to complain because otherwise we receive the wrath of the manager who is nice only with his girlfriend clients !! Catastrophic result and aggression after complaint !!!! Following an RV taken Friday, February 26, 2016 at 10H for a manicure and pedicure with Sophie at the Johnny Institute for a real moment of relaxation, I experienced a real aggression that cost me more than 75 €. RVs are caught "in the chain" and sloppy! After a stressful RV end with the arrival of 2 new clients and a glazier when we had just finished my pedicure and that he remained all the manicure to do (11:30), I realized the same evening that my pedicure did not hold. So I called to go back the next day even if it did not help me because I have a baby of 6 months that I could have kept all the half day the day before for this RV and that I did not have no choice but to come with the next day in full WE. Annoyed, I share my dissatisfaction with the inconvenience by pointing out that I had warned his colleague Nanou who had taken the RV. In summary, I who had paid a nanny, a manicure and pedicure at 75 € for a real moment of relaxation, I had to re-move to be assaulted and in front of my baby who was also agitated all the rest of the day. Displeased, disgusted, I look forward to the return of the manager Johnny who was on leave. This one showed himself from the start not interested by my speech by explaining to me that I had physically threatened his employee Nanou! Shocked, I tell him my disappointment about his role as a leader but he explains that he is not the head of the girls of the institute that still bears his name but they pay him just a percentage. So I go back to see Sophie showing him the state of my nails knowing that after 3 days, the so-called permanent varnish on my hands already peeling. She replies that it is normal and that if it took me back, it would have to pay back! Noted that I had already spent € 160 the day before in the Johnny hairdresser for a Brazilian smoothing and products, or € 235 in 2 days with the institute. In short, apart from the technician Emmanuelle and the hairdressers who are competent and welcoming, it is necessary to flee the girls of the institute and this supposedly responsible Johnny who refuse to manage a complaint or a dissatisfaction with customers. If you have the chance that it is going well for you, so much the contrary if the result does not suit you, not only no solution is proposed to you but you in addition you are not regarded any more as a client with as a bonus aggression and contempt.
