Fnac

Big Fnac shop, well furnished and crowded. Employees are nice, helpful and welcoming. However, it might be a challenge to find someone to talk to if you have a question.

The Fnac website said camera I need was in stock in this store, but it wasn't. I had to order the item and salesman promised me it will be available next day. It wasn't, i had to wait 4 more days. Another day their salesman who was too busy to help me select a monitor said just choose what is on display. Chinese factories are still closed cause of covid-19. Lies everywhere.

Five stars for books section. Huge variety of books.

Sales staff is nice and knowledgeable, easy payment through automated cashiers

Excellent choice of products. Non-existent salespeople almost too busy doing chat rather than seeing to customers... Customers have to wait upon them and make their presence be known. Then maybe the salespeople will dare give you a side eye and attend nonchalantly to your query... Its like they are doing us a favour by being there...
