A nice employee asked his colleague to help my friend and I with a product of interest as there was nothing displayed about it. His colleague was extremely rude, loud and mocked us as we tried to understand more about the product. As my friend walked away, he again mocked our laughter in a loud and obnoxious manner. She approached him about it and he said he wasn't mocking us and then proceeded to walk towards me and invaded my personal space and raised his voice at us. I felt like I couldn't leave the store. I'd give this no stars if I could. You shouldn't treat any customer with such lack of respect. So immature.

Nice objects... Good for gifts and presents

I love this sign! I had called before going to find out if an item I was looking for and which was out of stock was available in this store. I was offered to put it aside which is very nice! But when I went to the store and told the salesperson that I had this item set aside, he couldn't find anything. On the shelf, there was only one left (and in addition for all to see because just near the checkouts!), So I took it. But not satisfied with the service if I ever came to the store and there was none left at all. In addition, I was told over the phone that there were several left so it proves that this product is going quickly. Then at the cash desk, there was no account in my name (although I had created my loyalty card 8 days ago in another address), I had to create a second account again. Friendly and attentive sellers.
