Very disrespectful and not at all punctual. The painters had to arrive yesterday morning at 8:30 am and he showed up at 1:30 pm. And today, he had to arrive at 9:00 a.m. and he arrived at 9:15 a.m. Spend their time on the phone and put their paint can anywhere. I could not move the bed because it is too heavy and too large, but I did cover it. Regarding the headboard, I did not cover it or even push it because it was blocked by the bed. And the painter did not cover it and put their can of paint on it. After 2 nice reflections he ended up covering. The people who are at the standard of the Paris agency are very friendly and very available, that's why I put a 2 otherwise I would have put 0 stars. I will also turn to my insurance because they are the ones who put me in contact with Carglass house and I will also tell them my dissatisfaction
