To flee!!! My cute 5 year old daughter wanted to buy a plant for her daddy and our garden. We enter the shop, my daughter very enthusiastic about the colors and pretty flowers, showing me with her fingers. The seller with a very mean look made me uncomfortable so I decided to go outside to see the plants in front of the store. I took a plant that interested me to read the maintenance advice. A completely normal behavior because I had cleaned my hands and that of my daughter with my own hydroalcoholic gel because there was not even in the store and I wore a mask. At no time did I see a poster that we are not allowed to touch the plants. The salesman went outside and said to me: 'I've been looking at you on the cameras for 15 minutes, you do everything GO! (which is not true because we were not even 5 min on site and we precisely avoided touching things). Shocked by his reaction I put the plant on the cabinet, no longer want to buy, lump in my stomach, no longer want to go into discussion with him because he was starting to talk about covid, he himself was not wearing a mask! Was so shocked, my daughter who asked me: 'Mom what have we done wrong? why was he so mean to us? We left ... We advise everyone to go your way, especially after reading all the negative reactions on the internet.

A disaster ... A seller who yells at me because I ask him to put my bouquet in pretty paper rather than a plastic bag. No hygiene rule (no queue, no mask, all on top of each other), a big mess inside. Responsible ultra aggressive and haughty.

To flee! Super unpleasant owner in every sense of the word. A word of advice, go your way to other florists more deserving of your expense.
